As our products are large, heavy items and shipping costs will vary greatly depending on your location and item selected, shipping will be calculated on an individual basis. Once you have progressed through the shopping cart and completed your order you will receive an email requesting some extra information. We will then work out the best shipping option for you and add shipping cost back to you cart. You will then receive an email with a link back to your cart to complete your purchase.

Your payment will be processed initially without shipping costs and then once you receive the second email with your updated cart, just the shipping costs will need to be paid.


Purchases made on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day unless otherwise stated.


We have a lead time of approx. 1-2 weeks on orders placed, this does not include shipping times, as these will vary depending on location.


If you have a change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible from time of placing order and we will process a refund. Refunds or Cancellations for custom orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis due to the time involved for custom orders. If the order has already been shipped, then we cannot issue a refund.
