This BBQ plate is made from 5 mm thick Australian Mild Steel. It measures approx. 58 cm in diameter and is also height adjustable. Mild Steel is best for cooking on due to its ability to maintain heat and the thickness means no warpage. You can fully remove it when not in use including the long post. It swings all the way out and is height adjustable.
